Year 7 kickstarted their World Around Us Topic ‘Festivals’ this week with a scavenger hunt and KWL board.
Pupils researched their first festival, the cheese rolling festival in England and conducted a science experiment around the topic of speed! Year 7 predicted their results prior to the experiment and discussed what constitutes a fair test and how to adapt variables.
