We had a fabulous day looking after our mental health. Our activities were:
Mindfulness colouring with relaxing music playing in the background,
Dinosaur Yoga,
Hot chocolate with cream, lots of marshmallows and a cookie,
Outdoor play and
Story time.
We had a fun day!!!
