We celebrated pancake day a little early this year in Primary 4!
Pupils combined their knowledge of weight and food groups, creating their own pancakes from scratch!!
Pupils weighed out the ingredients and identified that they used all 5 food groups: - Flour for Carbohydrates - Eggs for Protein - Strawberries to top for Fruit and Veg - Butter for fats and oils - Milk for Dairy
