St. Ninnidh’s PS won first prize in the Fermanagh Council competition for their recycled Christmas Tree and won the opportunity to do a practical workshop with Sharon from the New Leaf Compost company. Today the children learned the ‘no dig’ method to planting, composting using a wormery and other ways to utilise food waste. Thank you to Councilor Coyle, Emmett and Sharon for a brilliant day!
